Process to Our Workflow
Here’s how Design Arc Studios can help you bring your vision to life:
1.
Getting to know you and your project (The Brief)
We’ll chat with you to learn about your project, your vision, and your deadline. We want to make sure we understand your needs and expectations so we can create the perfect renders for you.
2.
Quote
Once we have a good understanding of your project, we’ll send you a quote. We’re always transparent about our pricing, so you’ll know exactly what to expect.
3.
Accepting the Quote and your Deposit.
Once you’ve approved the quote, you’ll make a deposit to get started on your project.4.
Modelling your space.
We’ll use your CAD files or other 3D data to create a detailed model of your space. This will allow us to accurately render your project and give you a realistic preview of what it will look like.
5.
Adding Realism.
We’ll add lighting and materials to your model to make it look realistic. We’ll also add people and props to give you a sense of scale and atmosphere.6.
Big Reveal.
Once we’re happy with the renders, we’ll send you some preliminary renders so you can see how it’s coming along. We want to make sure you’re happy with the results before we move on to the final step.
7.
Adjustments and Fine Tuning.
You can request up to a certain number of changes to the renders before we charge you extra. We want to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your renders before we deliver them to you.8.
Final product.
Once you’re happy with the renders, we’ll deliver the high-resolution images to you. We’ll also send you a link to a private Dropbox folder where you can download the images.
